This software including the executables, documentation, source code, and file structure are copyrighted by Roger Smith. All rights and interests associated with the software, including all international rights protected by applicable law and treaty are reserved. Roger Smith grants a non-exclusive license to use the software subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement and your right to use the software automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.

License Agreement

Under this license agreement you may:

1) Make copies of the installed software for backup purposes only. You may, however, distribute copies of the unregistered, uninstalled version of Arrow for evaluation by other parties.

2) Install and use the software on a single computer (or on multiple computers used by a single individual as long as the program is only be run by that individual).

3) Transfer your rights to use the register version of the software to another party.

You may not:

1) Sell, rent, sublicense or lease the software, or otherwise transfer the right of use, except as provided herein.

2) Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software.

3) Use Arrow to send unsolicited e-mail.

If you transfer the license to this software to another party, you must transfer all copies you have of the software including the registration key, backups, and all associated documentation to the other party. The other party must agree to and abide by the terms of this license.
